Yesterday I loaded my meal from the Therme Vals "per Carlo" onto this page. For completeness reasons I'll add today the pics of the three dishes - which were different to my menue - of my girlfriend, again 'per Carlo':

Warme Vorspeise: Wan-tan mit Pilz-Gemüsefüllung und Pflaumensauce
Dessert: Sauerrahm-Joghurtmousse mit Nektarinen und süssem Pesto
